My normal house Cleaner went back to school so I had to find someone new. I found the clean queen on next-door and reached out to them to see if they had any availability to take on another customer. They reach back out to me the next day and schedule an appointment which included a deep clean. Their communication was excellent. They were on time and did a nice thorough job cleaning my home. I felt very comfortablewith the entire transaction and look forward to having them clean my home once a month.

Your first clean I prefer to be a deep clean so that recurring cleans are standard. I understand every customers is wanting something different therefore I have three different packages for every need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following up with either pictures of the project or scheduling a walk thru for a tailored estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
