Dillon's Custom Cleaning, base prices by a few simple steps. - By being honest. I explain to customers up front about pricing. I move with the market as well as my expertise. Which both have increased since the beginning and growth of my business and continues. -Thanking customers/Give options. Sincerely expressing my appreciation for taking us on as their service provider and will continue to be transparent in any changes on services needed and/or pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting customers face to face. LISTENING to them. What sevices do they need? What deadline exist. Dillon's Custom Cleaning hopes to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interest in mind at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, April 6th 2015.I will begin to further my education on a course for cleaning business owners. In this course I will learn more about cleaning techniques and principals to running a successful cleaning business. In this six week process I will study and complete assignments and become a Certified Cleaning Business Owner,in which will help assure my clients of my professionalism. Also being a Certified Cleaning Business Owner will help build a sense of confidence for achieving one my goals as a business owner.
