- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide an accurate price quote we will need to setup a walk-through. Then I'll be able to get an idea of what type of clean you may need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I would need details on the services they are looking for. Then I would setup a date that I can come see the home and provide a price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for a cleaning business back in NY for a few years, within that time frame I've learned many differnt cleaning techniques. Especially since we are in a new time where Covid plays a huge role on what is actually clean VS what looks clean.
