John was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, polite, personable, patient and asked if I had questions which he answered thoroughly! He found a small gas leak in our hot water tank and replaced that as well with parts available in his truck! I would highly commend him for his services with John Betlem Heating and Cooling!! Brady expertly assessed the problems and provides detailed solutions for immediate resolution. He was extremely knowledgeable about my boiler system and what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He explained what he was doing throughout. Would highly recommend Brady and as a first time user of Betlem would highly recommend them too for excellent service communication and online scheduling.

At John Betlem Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing, we aim to stay competitive with our pricing while remaining aligned with industry standards. We charge a $119 dispatch fee for service calls, and $179 for after-hours service.
We offer free in-home consultations for heating and cooling equipment replacement, electrical upgrades, plumbing projects, and insulation or energy audits. All other pricing is determined by a technician on-site after evaluating the scope of work.
