Each menu is custom tailored for every event. The creation of each menu is done after a thoughtful consultation with the client and consideration of the venue. With an additional degree In hospitality management and a deep understanding of superior service, my services are beyond catering.

We have never hired a personal chef before so it was a little unnerving to choose someone blindly from the internet. Margherita provided us with a formal sit-down dinner for a 60th birthday celebration. Each of the five courses was absolutely delicious and served with the utmost level of professionalism. We couldn't be more thrilled with every aspect of the meal Margherita provided for our twelve guests and look forward to having her cook for us again in the near future! In addition, her assistant was a pleasure to have! We highly recommend Margherita as a personal chef!

The event was a summer evening dinner party on our patio and the food preparation and selection was just what we wanted and expected after meeting with Margherita. The guests were quite complimentary of the food and its presentation, and my kitchen was as afterwards as it was before. 5 star rating!

Chef Margherita was outstanding! She provided plated dinner for small dinner party at our home. She is incredibly flexible and easy to work with. Every part of the meal was amazing. Lump crab salad with heirloom tomatoes was so flavorful and delicious. The best part of the night is that we didn't have to do a thing- she brings everything that she needs to make it an amazing evening. I think I will plan another dinner party, just so we can have Chef Margherita come again!
