FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal training service costs are $50 per 1-hour session and $25 per 30-minute session. Partner training, group training and bundle pricing is also available at discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, the prospective client and I will sit down and talk about establishing a good game plan (in meeting their goals) and mutual expectations of each other. It will also be a time to gather necessary background information. On our next meeting we'll get the new client out on the fitness floor and assess their initial fitness levels. After this, the actual journey begins. We will systematically and mindfully, through physical training and new habit formations, make our way towards the client's desired goal(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Fitness Trainer and Fitness Therapist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I received a Bachelor’s degree from The College at Brockport in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology and a Master’s degree from Canisius College in Health and Human Performance. I also bring over 25 years’ experience in the field of health, sports and fitness and have worked with a gamut of individuals, from the ailing to the athletic. I specialize in strength & conditioning, therapeutic fitness, senior fitness, weight loss and cardiac rehab.
