“Roberts Tree and Landscaping did a great job chopping up the old wood from a tree in my backyard. They sorted the good wood for firewood and got rid of the bad wood. The work was done quickly and everything was left clean and tidy. I’m very satisfied with their service!”

One of the most unprofessional experiences we’ve ever had with a vendor. After completing the work, the owner became increasingly aggressive when we attempted to pay using our business credit card which we communicated up front. His invoicing platform repeatedly failed with a processing error, yet instead of resolving it calmly, he insisted on using apps like CashApp and Apple Pay, which we do not use for business payments. When we requested a working credit card link (as promised), he grew hostile eventually threatening to place a lien on our company despite admitting the payment issue was on his end. Things escalated further with an angry phone call where he yelled, cursed, and made verbal threats. No professional especially one representing a service business should ever conduct themselves this way. We ultimately paid the invoice after multiple failed attempts due to his system, but based on this extreme and unstable behavior, we strongly advise other businesses and homeowners to proceed with caution.
