This review is from LISA MORREALL. Blue Bear Restoration was professional and responsive from my very first call to Rob. Kyle, Brendon and the crew that was dispatched to take care of our home, assessed the damage, and quickly began the process of contacting our adjuster, determining our coverage, and implementing a plan that would minimize our out of pocket expense. Throughout the process the crews were timely and courteous and Blue Bear exhibited professionalism at its best. They restored our home and stopped any further waterdamage. We are back to normal and happy with the final result. We are grateful for our friends who referred us to Blue Bear. Thank you. Doug and Aaron did a great job helping me out when my basement flooded last month. They were incredibly thorough and dependable; I highly recommend them!

My mother's sump pump stopped working and the basement ultimately flooded. Had a great plumber come out and replaced it and he recommended Blue Bear. James came out and did a full analysis and was very descriptive on what the next steps were. He immediately put some equipment in the basement to help with the quality of air. The next day, Doug came over and reviewed everything and even called Travelers with my mother. After much back and forth with Travelers, they denied her claim. Doug took it upon himself to leave the equipment to help her out. His knowledge and service were beyond exemplary. While I hope I never have to deal with a flooded basement, I'll be calling Blue Bear to remedy the situation if I do. Great people! By the way, screw you Travelers. Our whole family will take our business elsewhere.

Blue Bear fully cleaned up the damaged part of the basement. Dried out all the water. They were awesome, they came back each day to monitor the air. We're very happy with their performance.

We had one hiccup w communication. The owner called me himself, as did the public relations gentleman and the lead service tech. The issue was handled quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And even gave us a generous gift card to a beautiful restaurant. I would use them again In a heartbeat and think they're a great company. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.
