What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
as for our pricing structure... it's not much different than the "going rate"... BUT, then again that's one of the reason's for the name "CUSTOM DESIGN PHOTOGRAPHY" -- cause We Like To CUSTOMIZE EVERYTHING To Your Needs, Wants and Desires!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer people to KNOW WHAT THEY WANT... although, that's harder to come by that expected -- after all, many people might "know" what they want but they fail to be able to accurately express it. Our Suggestion is.... show us something similar... we're a master at being able to create something similar (yet different), all while putting a smile of the customer's face when they see the end-result.

Photography, Photographic Scanning & Retouching, Restoration, Portaiture, Models, Musicians, Nature, Groups and more... anything in photography.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
not only is the years of experience important... the usage-rights and ability to meet ALL YOUR NEEDS is paramount. Ask the other photographers you're looking into whether or not they provide the ability for you to use the shots they provide commercially; additionally, be sure to inquire whether or not you must go thru them for the printing or whether you will release the copyright for your needs.
