Susan D. says, "I hired Joe to move an appliance into my basement but when I opened the basement door for him, we saw ttat my entire basement was flooded. Joe immediately offered to help and discovered that the sump motor was no longer working. He showed me pics of available sump pumps online, I made a seletion, and he drove to Lowes to pick it up and install it. He then moved around the boxes in the basement and swept the standing water into the sump and the basement's perimeter trench drain. He left with the basement floor drying, the humidifier turned on, and all the old pump garbage and new pump boxes taken out to the garbage. I am so grateful he didn't leave me any mess to clean up myself. On top of all that, his charge for all the unplanned, extra work was very reasonable. I really can't say enough good things about Joe. I will definitely hire him again and tell others about him. He's a find!!"See more

I needed a window pane replaced because it had been cracked, and after being quoted by weedsport window and glass, I had an appointment promptly set up. The quote I received was a great deal, much lower than the other five places I had contacted. Joseph Puggioni arrived in a timely manner, and fixed the window very quickly. Overall the service was fast, efficient and friendly and I would recommend to anyone looking for window repairs!

Joe P. with Weedsport window and glass was by far the best home repair man we have ever hired! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he needed to do to fix our broken front window! He came out to take a look at it and within a week he had the new glass installed and it looks great! Our windows are extremely old ( original to the house) so it was a very labor intensive process. I felt like I had a family member over to do the job. Joe is very friendly and passionate about his work. He explained the process to me as he worked and even took time out to educate our children about glass. They now know that glass is made out of sand and water heated to 1200 degrees! It was a pleasure to work with Joe. We will definitely use him again and will recommend his services any chance we get! Thank you again Joe for our beautiful window!
