He listened to how I tried to explain what the machine was doing. We tested it on the spin cycle and from our explanation of what it does-he immediately said it was a problem with the Board … I decided that I would not put any more money into this machine and I would look for another one!

Lankon appliance was very responsive when samsung set up the appointment. My appointment was for wednesday and he called me if I wanted a earlier appointment. Came on sunday, explained to me what was wrong, showed be the problem. Changed the pump. Highly recommend him.

My diagnostic fee is $95 and it is waived if you hire me for the repair. Final pricing depends on the diagnosis, parts needed, and labor, and I always confirm the exact price before starting any work. There are no surprise fees.

You send the model number and issue, I schedule same-day when possible. I diagnose on-site, explain options, confirm price, then repair and test.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
