Introduction: I love to be a small part of a marrying couple's most significant day. The anticipation and joy of such a wonderful hour when a man and women promise true love in sacred vows, brings the best of this life "to life" and makes it visible to others. My heart is to serve another man and woman in this way and I have been blessed to officiate weddings for over 15 years as an ordained Christian pastor and "Old Catholic" charismatic married priest. My service will be both professional and personal for any size or length ceremony. I am able to perform a biblical Christian wedding between a baptized man and woman of any Christian faith affiliation, typically with 30days notice, but exceptions may be possible. Second marriages require additional pastoral consultation and oversight. I also provide pre-marital "counseling" if desired.

Stephen was truly great. It was so hard to find a real Christian to do the wedding, and then God brought him along. He is very nice with a great personality, and he even personally met with us at a diner for about a half hour to talk about the ceremony. And on our wedding day we were running really late but not only did he patiently wait for us, when I apologized for the long wait he just smiled and said it wasn’t a problem. So he was truly great and professional and you could tell his heart was in it. That this wasn’t just some contract he was residing over, but that this was a special marriage covenant the husband and wife were making with God. He gave a beautiful sermon that I wasn’t expecting in regards to marriage and the Bible. And there were so many other great things including how little he charged for his services and him encouraging us to have different Bible verses read at the ceremony and him giving us great examples to choose from. So if you want a true Christian wedding where the couple are making an eternal covenant with God, look no other place, God has brought you to this review for a reason.

Pastor Stephen Maloney helped us make our wedding ceremony just the way we wanted it. During the lead up to the service he spent the time to help us craft the right kind of ceremony and to review the scriptures that best explain the commitment of marriage. His homily was heartfelt and he worked with us to customize our experience to what we wanted. He was very communicative and professional the throughout the entire process. He got along greatly with our guests and gave us a fair price for his services. I highly recommend Pastor Steve to be your officiant!!!

Rev. Stephen was wonderful. We also did Pre-Cana with him. He is very real and was able to relate to my husband and I very well about issues that we were already presented within our relationship. Rev. Stephan was also able to mitigate future discussions that we hadn’t thought to have. Our ceremony was beautiful and he spoke so beautifully of us and our relationship while showing the importance of God in our marriage.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $250 for a wedding service. Depending upon location travel time and optional rehearsal, it could be additional $25-50. I may also lower fee $25+ depending upon circumstances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a personal-professional phone conversation with the bride or groom (preferably both) to learn and discuss further in detail, giving both parties time to ask and answer questions they may have, and then I double-check my calendar, if the couple would like to proceed and schedule me as their wedding officiant. I also like to send the couple a preview copy of the wedding service outline and scripted vows so they can make an informed and confident decision before hiring me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained married priest/pastor and have officiated church weddings for almost 20 years, for Christians of various church traditions.
