- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable and flexible. I have specials that I run throughout the months for the different seasons and special occasions. I usually charge according to the job that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set up a time to come and give a free estimate on the cleaning that needs to be done and then if everything goes well, we can schedule a time to do the actual cleaning and get on a schedule for regular cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in cleaning and customer service relationship. I also have knowledge of different cleaners to use for different situations in cleaning. I have a certificate in cleaning as well.
