- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a wide variety of training options to choose from including: individual personal training, semi-private, small group personal training, bootcamp style and more. Our fees are based on how often you have to train and the type of training that works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each of you is unique with different goals, conditions and situations. Thus we want to sit down with you and talk about what it is you are looking to achieve and how we can help you get there. We want to learn about you and then based on that conversation guide you towards the program that best suits you. It may be individual training, it may be our Fit-Camp classes or it may be our Beginner Bootcamp program the ONLY program in our area custom designed for those just starting out on their fitness journey. The point being we want to speak to you so that we can find out how we can help you, not how you can help us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always learning something new. We review journal and articles on a daily basis and attend many educational seminars and classes each year.
