I contacted Miguel to replace some old valves on the supply lines intended for a new washing machine at my mother's 70+ year old house, including the main shut-off valve, and to assess other valves for potential issues. Miguel was very responsive and punctual. He identified other valves of concern but didn't pressure me to replace them unnecessarily. He also proposed a solution for adding a new drain pipe for the washing machine (which he would have installed on the spot if he'd had the right part). Miguel was a pleasure to work with: professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained his work and rationale clearly, and offered objective, informative advice. I'll definitely hire him again.
