I started working with Jessica last year and since then have had amazing results! I have been struggling with my weight for the past two years and prior to working with Jessica, despite a healthy diet and exercise, I could not shed any weight. Since working with her I have lost 3 dress sizes and my muscle tone has improved dramatically. I love working with her not just for the results, but also because she is super motivational. I highly recommend her!

Jess was my trainer for about a year and she was phenomenal. Very personable and knowledgable. She made working out incredibly enjoyable and I saw results immediately. I would highly reccomend her.

Jessica became my trainer over the summer. She is extremely professional. She came with her equipment and worked me very hard. I saw my body transform in a way I didn't think was possible. Jessica worked within my limits but gave me the push I needed to do my best. I highly recommend her!
