We hired Kellets Home Improvement for a major renovation of our home in Scarsdale, NY, including a home addition, complete kitchen remodel, two bathroom renovations, basementfinishing, foundation waterproofing, replacement windows, and new flooring.
Before choosing Kellets, we met with several contractors. Many never followed up, while others submitted vague estimates without a detailed scope of work. Comparing bids was difficult and didn't inspire much confidence.
Kellets stood out immediately. Their proposal was detailed and transparent, clearly outlining the labor, materials, and scope of every part of the project. That organization gave us confidence from the start and proved invaluable when unexpected structural issues came up. Because everything was documented upfront, change orders were handled fairly and without surprises.
Aubrey and the Kellets team kept us informed throughout the project. Communication was excellent, the schedule was well managed, and everyone was professional and respectful of our home.
One of our biggest concerns was a recurring basement water issue. Instead of recommending a cosmetic fix, Kellets properly waterproofed the foundation and solved the root cause. That honesty and attention to detail reinforced that they were committed to doing the job right.
The workmanship exceeded our expectations. The new addition blends seamlessly with the original house, and the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, and flooring completely transformed our home.

It was a Friday night after 7pm and we noticed our sump pump was leaking. I reached out to Claude and he had his team here within the hour. They surveyed the house figured out the issue and stopped the leaking. Monday morning he followed up and scheduled his team to come out that afternoon to replace the piping and ensure we would not have any further issues. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Kellets.
