Working with Robert has been a wonderful experience. He challenges you, but still moves at a pace that allows you to grasp each new technique. Every lesson is customized and different, and he is very flexible with his schedule. Our tennis lessons are one of the highlights of my week! Thanks Robert!

Drop Shot Tennis really helped my daughter get ahead in her tennis skills and experience. Not only is this just a sport but it is a good escape for kids to really let out their frustrations out and get outdoors! Drop Shot Tennis is a very serious instructor so if you are not serious about learning and working hard you should find another teacher because he is the best instructor we have ever been with and anyone will be more than lucky to have him! Excellent experience with him! -Sally's Parents

My daughter had her first tennis lesson with Martine Allen. She is a beginner and I hoped she would have a good experience. She found Martine to be very friendly and helpful, and I am pleased that she is looking forward to continuing her lessons.

Because I'm not doing this solely to get paid. I want to live in a world where a large majority of the population has studied some form of the art. I believe that if a large enough group or community train the amount of negative things that happen will decrease because they would have something that instills them with purpose and meaning. About

I teach Kundalini yoga, meditation and breath work to reduce stress and increase vitality, improve communication, strengthen relationships, create more life/work balance, and master the mind while connecting body, mind, and soul. I was a CPA until the experience of 9/11, which helped me to see I was making a living while sacrificing my life. People enjoy the classes and workshops I offer as I share life examples of how what I teach has helped me, my family, and professionals to meet challenges with more ease and a higher perspective. This type of yoga and meditation has helped people at work and at home and socially as they release anxiety, depression, sleep better and improve their everyday lives.
