I am a compassionate and interactive licensed psychotherapist with advanced training and over 25 years experience providing effective psychotherapy to adults with a broad range of difficulties. I also have expertise working with relationship problems, anxiety and depression, survivors of childhood and adult traumas, pregnancy loss and infertility, eating difficulties and body image concerns, and life transitions including young adults, marriage, becoming a parent, separation and divorce, changing careers, retirement, and the loss of a loved one.
