For an accurate quote we need room sizes, what type of room it is like bedroom, family room, dining room, etc. Any special needs like urine odors or scotchgard protector applied after cleaning.

I wish the customers knew how much effort goes into the business. Physically, office work, scheduling, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, updating equipment and vehicles, marketing, dealing with an unending number of companies that promise they can give you work, completing profiles like this one. There is a reason why service professionals don't all work for the same price.
