- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the customer pays a service fee for us to come out and the result ends up being that a new unit is needed. We will apply the 250.00 towards to installation/replacement service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will respond soon after we are notified of customers interested in services. We will ask for pictures of the item you are looking to be serviced or replaced for necessary information to give an accurate estimate. It also allows us to be effecient and to come prepared. In order to send an estimate we may ask you for more information, so that we can enter you into the customer portal. Once you are in the system, we will send an invite to activate your account, which is where we will then send an estimate through. This helps stream line communication, scheduling and allows customers to pay online. We do accept cash, check or credit card via portal.
