- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the task. Price includes travel to and from the meeting location and the initial consultation and evaluation. The initial consultation serves as a training opportunity as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting provides an opportunity for me to meet and evaluate the canine companion. Having the experience of evaluating hundreds of dogs allows for accurate and an effective training plan. A lot of problems/learning can be solved/achieved in one visit when done properly. I will teach owners how to communicate with their dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Received numerous training certificates ranging in the areas of obedience, detection, aggression, electric collar, operant conditioning, and selection and testing from some of the experts in the field (Pat Nolan, Mike Diehl, Bart Bellon, Mike Suttle, Gene England). As a national level helper I have trained with multiple time National obedience champion and working dog champion Bridget Carlsen, World champions Fabian Robinson, Debra Zappia, and other world level competitors.
