- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to offer fair and reasonable prices, we provide every customer with an itemized estimate so they can see the pricing. We offer financing through Synchrony with a few different financing plans, we know everyone wants to try and keep some money in their bank account so our most common one that we offer is 18 months deferred interest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact, setup a time to go see what the customer needs done, discuss options and provide a estimate, all free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed vocational training in electrical trades 2001-2003. Worked in the field under other electrical contractors before going off on my own. Annual certification from Generac for home standby generator Installation.
