Spoke with Andrew regarding snow removal. I’m a senior who can no longer deal with the snow shoveling and snow blowing that has to be done. He got back to me promptly and was very understanding and respectful of my situation. We’ll be using ARC Property Management this winter season.

Andy did an absolutely fabulous job on my yard! He was prompt, polite, gave me a fair and reasonable price AND still took care of some extra clean up that I didn't even know I needed. The end result was a yard that looked sale worthy and was the total envy of all my neighbors. I'm so pleased with ARC property management and intend to use them for every outdoor task going forward!
