David was courteous, knowledgeable and performed all electrical work, both minor and major ( installation of a new power box) with great attention to detail and promptness. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

No need to look any further if your in need of an electrician!!! I am a first time homebuyer and already had 2 bad experiences hiring companies to complete a job. Not the case when Dave shows up. He is not only skilled at what he does but very polite and easy to understand when he explained what needs to be done. I already have him coming back for a different project that I can’t wait to be completed. Best part is I know it will be done right the first time. Thanks again Dave I would give you more stars if it allowed me to do so...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very honest when it comes to pricing and my business. I will never be the cheapest guy as I am in business to make money. I will always do my best to be competitive but I will bot lose money to just take a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is to get to know them and give them the service they expect. Being in a service based business and working with people is what I thrive on. you can't always please everybody though and I do realize that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked at Crossgates Mall and on the mall itself back in 1990's. Learned from the old timers and then took a hiatus for a while and got back into about 5 years ago. More on the job training and real experience than anything else.
