FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always repair or refurbish something broken for around 60 percent of what it would cost to buy a replacement . Another way I come up with a price is by taking the cost of the materials and charge around 60 dollars per hour of labor I put in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me and describe the project best they can. I give them a ballpark estimate based on what they told me. When I see the project for myself I will make an adjustment to the estimate if need be. I will never add a hidden charge. My rates are always reasonable and I will negotiate prices
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Welding Technology and a bachelors degree in trade education. I am also an AWS certified welding inspector as well as have a Professional teaching certificate to teach welding in public schools in the state of New York
