He was there before the time agreed in and was able to repair the leak. The gentleman went above and beyond in the work requested without any additional fee, he had to cut into a wall. He ran new pipes to both lines to illuminate any future leak on the new ceiling being installed. I would recommend this mid gentleman for any job needed on plumbing.

I had a toilet fill valve issue and contacted Ray’s company. He was able to respond within 10 mins and arranged an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, replaced the parts, and all was done within 30 mins. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. I would contact his company again if I have another plumbing issue!

Ray provided exceptional service. Despite my request being made on a Friday prior to a holiday weekend, Ray responded promptly and assessed the problem. He then arrived at my house the following morning to make the repair, which he completed in a short amount of time. Later that same day, we encountered an issue at my mother-in-law's house. Ray once again responded quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner, despite it being more complex than the first repair. Throughout the entire process, Ray was accommodating, professional, and courteous. He fixed the clogged toilet within minutes and exceeded my expectations.
