As someone who is not tech savvy, I have relied heavily on Veteran Vibes to handle all posting updates and back end work (finances, communications, etc) for our website. I am always impressed with Nelsons ability to keep the details of each client (and site) straight and his willingness to find the answers to my questions in a timely fashion (usually immediately). The original goal for our organization was to maintain site updates, etc. ourselves, but the reality has turned out to be quite the opposite and Nelson has seamlessly handled all of our requests and tasks with a smile and with genuine concern for the best interest of our non profit organization.
