I called Emanuel Catering To assist the best day of my life... My wedding!! They were very professional, three different delicious options for my guests, entries, a wonderful Italian cake, really nice and kind waitresses... Definitely, Emanuel Catering was a really good asset on my wedding...

Horrible Communication. Mainly due to the lack of follow up. Several times, I was promised "you will have it by today" and literally had to ask again at least twice, on separate occasions days later; even after speaking with Emanuel & voicing concerns. Still I was confident in his ability. We had a lawyer draw up a contract to be signed immediately following a tasting. Once the menu was settled, I received a quote for the event which was higher than the orignal quote, but fair. Approximately $24pp for a buffet style dinner with an expectation of a max of 120 people. However, after learning a tasting for two (2) would be the equivalent cost for eight (8) and the cost of the tasting WOULD NOT be applied to the final bill aided with the communication issues. We did not feel Emanuel valued nor earned our business. I would NOT recommend Emanuel & Benitez Catering at all.
