1 session per week: $30/session 2 or more: $25/session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take great pride in offering a premier, top level service for all of my clients, at a fraction of the price found in gyms. During our first session, which is free of charge, we will do a full body analysis of your posture and your body's strength and weaknesses. We will discuss your goals, any injuries you might have, and our long term plan for success going forward. Everybody's plan is different, and depends on their injuries, goals, and preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer by the AFAA. I have trained at Long Island's top gyms such as Gold's, LA Fitness, and Crunch. I have 5 years experience training others, and many more years training myself. I have trained amateur boxers, pregnant women, and clients of many different physiques.
