Introduction: I take great pride in offering a premier, top level service for all of my clients, at a fraction of the price found in gyms. During our first session, which is free of charge, we will do a full body analysis of your posture and your body's strength and weaknesses. We will discuss your goals, any injuries you might have, and our long term plan for success going forward. Everybody's plan is different, and depends on their injuries, goals, and preferences. Many of my most rewarding experiences come during this first session. I know the struggle all to well of telling myself I will start a new exercise/diet plan tomorrow, only to wake up tomorrow and repeat the same thing again. This task often feels to large when we approach it by ourself. Please do not define the realism of this goal by the amount of times you have failed at it. I like to say we either WIN or we LEARN. You have merely learned what your detractors are, and are in better position then ever to finally cross the finish line. I promise to do everything a human can possibly do to help you achieve these goals. I enjoy redefining somebodies self-image, and making them feel great about themselves through hard work and dedication.

I am a 20 year old boxer in great shape cardio and weightlifting wise. So there isn't much people that can get me to sweat from a good workout. But the way Adam geared it towards specifically me was awesome. He disigned a high intensity multi compound movement circuit that had me going the whole time. It was fantastic, you can tell the time he put in to design a program specifically for me and some of the things we were doing I've never even seen before and I was stunned how well it worked. We focused on building and keep the muscle I have while dropping the weight which is difficult and I can't be more pleased how good of a trainer this guy is. Very passionate about what he does I highly recommend Adam!

I've had the pleasure of having Adam as my personal trainer for nearly 5 months now. I typically see him for training about twice a week at Body in Balance. I've always struggled with my weight and having two young kids it's hard to find the time and motivation to work out. Since training with Adam I've achieved a level of fitness and wellness that I never knew was possible. The personal attention given in my training sessions motivates me to work hard and give my absolute best during every session. Adam is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I highly recommend Adam as a personal trainer. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

Adam Arce is a talented and competent personal trainer. I worked with him to achieve my fitness and weight-loss goals last year, and I was thrilled with his expertise and professionalism. His pleasant personality along with his motivating enthusiasm helped push me through emotional ruts and physical challenges. Been working with Adam on personal training at my house three days a week. He's a fantastic trainer, he's prepared each week with a personalized training program that really pushes you. He takes the time to show you the correct way to do things. He's very encouraging and positive. Love working with him.
