Introduction: My name is Marvin Louissaint. My objective is to teach that success is mind over failure and once you conquer the impossible you become the impossible.
I am a fitness professional (personal trainer, sport conditioning, weight control, stamina enhancement and toning).
I am a dynamic and achievement-oriented individual, possessing more than three years of proven success in training and development of athletes and private clientele.
I was selected as leader of development team for start-up and successful introduction of fitness program designed to reshape mind and body. I designed and integrated successful workplace strategies, including building and fostering five-member training crew. I restructured weightlifting and cardio-training division, possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interpret and define client needs through interviewing and information gathering processes.
I develop and present personalized training agendas and motivate clientele to achieve goals, giving clear and concise explanations for relevant recommendations.
I create complete and individualized programs based on time and resources available which include weight goals, diet specifications and menus, physical training and exercise and lifestyle changes.
I teach a wide variety of fitness classes in various formats, skill levels and intensities. I instruct group exercise classes, including low-, medium- and high-impact aerobics, step-aerobics, toning and stretching and among others.
I provide personal training to individuals to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina and improve overall sense of well-being.
I monitor and instruct new clients regarding safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
I develop personalized training plans for clients, based on individual needs.
