My husband and I hired Chase & team to remove junk from our basement + move storage from a guest room to a storage facility. They were professional, punctual and did an absolute remarkable job! Booked a 3pm appt at 7:50am. No confirmation via email, text or phone call. At 3pm, waiting for the service provider and decide to check the app for updates. Less than two hours after I booked, the appointment was cancelled via the app; presumably because I didn't answer a question posted in the app an hour after I booked. The answer to the question was in my original booking! 1st and last time I consider this vendor.
