- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the space, level of cleaning needed, and frequency of service. One-time deep cleanings are typically higher due to the extra time and detail involved, while recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are more cost-effective. I provide clear, upfront quotes so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the space, the level of cleaning needed, and any priorities. Then I provide a clear quote with no confusion on what’s included. Once scheduled, we show up on time, complete the work based on a structured checklist, and often provide before-and-after documentation. After the job, we follow up to make sure everything met expectations and discuss ongoing service if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have OSHA certification, which helps ensure we follow proper safety standards while working in different environments. Beyond that, most of my training comes from hands-on experience, refining cleaning systems, and learning how to deliver consistent, high-quality results across different types of properties.
