- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is fair and honest will never overcharge for a job no matter what. I also provide very good discounts for repeat customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I try to get as much information about the job as I can and inform the customers exactly what I’m am going to do to complete it.
