We needed to remove an old toilet (which was leaking slowly from the base) and install a new one, so we didn't have the option of waiting too long. I was having difficulty finding someone who could come and provide insurance. These guys stepped up and were able to come the day after I got in touch with them. The plumber showed up on time (maybe even early), and was super knowledgeable and experienced. He did a great job and did a thorough job of cleaning up. My only complaint is that he found the shut-off valve connecting the water to the toilet was broken, and it seemed like a good idea to repair it. He got a quote from the central office for $275. Maybe that is the going rate - but I don't think it added more than 15-20 minutes to the job, so not sure where that price comes from. Bottom line is they did a great job, but it turned out to be super expensive. I guess you get what you pay for, as the new toilet looks and works great - and doesn't leak.

I had to replace 2 water heaters, spoke to Jason who made some good professional suggestions on the product to use and how it can be done efficiently. The next day as promised his team arrived with new units and installed them perfectly. I would partner with this co again

Polished old fashioned and professional service. From the coordinator Caitlyn to the plumber Ian, the service was top notch! I was contacted and briefed every step of the way and then pleasantly serviced and educated. All done quickly for a sewage sump pump in the basement that seemed to be a headache initially but thanks to IR Plumbing my headaches are all gone. Thank you for your excellence.
