- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the biggest things that sets us apart is that we bill the insurance company directly. That means in most cases, there's zero out-of-pocket cost to the homeowner. We handle the paperwork, the communication with your adjuster, all of it. Our goal is to take that stress off your plate so you can focus on getting back to normal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call — we get the details of what happened and schedule an on-site assessment as quickly as possible. From there, we document everything thoroughly, work directly with your insurance company, and lay out a clear plan of action. We keep you in the loop every step of the way so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold multiple industry certifications including IICRC and EPA, and our team stays current with ongoing training. In this line of work, techniques and standards are always evolving, so continuing education isn't optional for us — it's how we make sure we're doing things right every single time.
