Was capable, responsive and prepared Diagnosed the problem and made the repair at the first visit. Feel he may have tried to take advantage of the situation and overcharge (based on checking with Google,) and by his accepting a significantly discounted fee.

Our dryer had a no-heat issue, and Aleksei not only diagnosed and fixed the issue, but went above and beyond: inspected and tested everything thoroughly, cleaned out lint buildup, and made sure dryer runs safely and efficiently. Reasonably priced - highly recommend!
