- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic fee deducted from the total cost if you agree for the repair. If we do service for multiple appliances, we can give you a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we are open to answering any questions. Do not hesitate to ask before scheduling or agreeing to the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do compressor replacements - R134 and R600. Sealed system job. If your appliance service required two guys, we can send two guys for the repair.
