FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call is $189 in Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens, and $249 in Manhattan, tax not included. That fee covers Russ coming out in person and diagnosing the machine. The repair price is quoted after he sees it, never guessed over the phone. Repairs carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. No refrigerators, freezers, or ice makers. Reach out and Russ will tell you straight what to expect before he comes out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reach out, we set an appointment window, and Russ comes himself. He inspects the whole machine, explains what failed and why, and tells you straight whether it is smarter to fix or replace. If it is worth fixing, he quotes the repair on the spot and, when the part is on the truck, does it that visit. Booking is easy, and we will find a window that fits your day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years of hands-on appliance work since 2006, plus factory and brand training on high-end laundry and cooking equipment. Licensed by NYC for Electronic & Home Appliance Service, license 1241040-DCA.
