One of the best, if not the best service call experience. A very honest, accommodating and thorough service provider. Like the other review, Oleg tried troubleshooting for about 20 minutes via phone however the issue would require a visit. He ordered parts which were significantly lower than the prices I found online - he also provided me with screenshots for pure transparency. The parts arrived on Friday and Oleg came Saturday morning to address the issue. Perfect job and follow up, he called me and text me several times to ensure the refrigerator was working as expected. During diagnosing, he determined that one of the components was working perfectly and lowered my quoted estimate. I had an appliance repair business based in New Providence who came to the house, 5-10 minutes and provided a blanket estimate comprising of replacing all the components, told me that they may not be able to do the job and charged me $90ish dollars. I provided my model number etc prior to the visit - why come to my home if they had no intentions on taking the job. Regardless, Oleart is my “Go To”.

OLEART called right away. My refrigerator stopped making ice and water and he was so good he was able to help us over the phone. He first tried to see if I could fix it over the phone. And come to find out I had the filter in incorrectly. Everything was fixed and from a phone call.
