I recently worked with the Pro Team for a dishwasher repair. After an initial diagnosis of a control board issue, the technician discovered additional complications including a leak that would require more parts. After evaluating the repair costs for my $500 dishwasher, I decided to purchase a new unit instead.

I appreciate that the Pro Team was responsive when I requested a partial refund for the initial service, and they provided $160 back for the installation work. While the process had some challenges, the company did stand behind their work by offering this refund.

I especially want to highlight Sienna from customer service, who was instrumental in resolving my concerns. Her patience and exceptional communication skills made all the difference in reaching a satisfactory outcome. Sienna took the time to understand my situation and worked diligently to ensure a fair resolution.

The technician was knowledgeable in identifying the multiple issues affecting my dishwasher, which helped me make an informed decision about replacement versus continued repairs. Thanks to Sienna's assistance, I'm satisfied with how the company ultimately handled my case and provided the partial refund.

The Technician showed up as scheduled : his knowledge was immediately apparent. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator . He explained the problem and identified the issue . He worked efficiently to make the repair . He had all the necessary tools and parts which meant no delays . The entire process took less time than I expected and he tested the fridge thoroughly before declaring the job Done . After completing the repair the technician made sure to clean up the area, which I greatly appreciated . The technician went above and beyond in terms of customer service I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $49 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $150. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor. We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive the knowledges of our best European specialists. Also our technicians can receive the technicial support when they are on site.
