Our Bosch Refrigerator decided not to cool anymore. After making several phone calls to many different service repair services including Bosch which said it would take three weeks to send someone out, I decided to contact Frank of Repair Factor. Frank came out to my home, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part online and had our refrigerator up & running in one day. He was very professional, upfront with his pricing and most of all he knew exactly what he was doing. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved challenging and problem solving jobs. As a teenager I repaired computers for a modest charge, I also studied Computing Engineering. This gave me solid knowledge on electronics which made it easier for me to master the craft of Appliance Repair. I started as an apprentice quickly working my way up, now, five years later, I started my own Appliance Repair Business.
