Sincere professional, was responsive to my text and came on the same day at the agreed upon time. He determined instantly that the fan belt of my old GE refrigerator/freezer had broken and promptly fixed it. He didn't provide estimate until after he finished the project and I found the total cost reasonable, although cost component for parts seemed high. He's better with written English than with spoken English, and therefore he cannot explain the job beyond the basics. Too early to tell if his repair will last, which is the most important aspect of the job.
