- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we do estimates, we first estimate how much the work is going to cost and how much the materials are going to cost. Then we combine these two prices and give it to the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to take a look at the project the new customer asking to do. We estimate price on work and materials and tell the customer how long will the job take. If the customer agrees we need to order the materials and wait for the because some materials take a while to come. Then we do the work in specified timeline and that’s done
