I have a gifted palate, and thirst for creativity! Specialize in vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, special dietery needs and up on trends consisting of leading meats, grains, vegetables available to us.Have spent the past 10 years with a corporate dining service company in the private school division so I am totally aware of all food allergens, food sanitation and all food groups new and old. Every item I use is non-processed, organic, grain-fed, antibiotic/hormone-free whenever possible. Have my own full service commercial kitchen 7 days a week on Staten Island, NY. I most enjoy the instant gratification this type of craft offers. Also, I get to make, infuse, discover, design and most of all create!

This was the first time I've ever hired someone to cater a house party and now I'm wondering why I waited so long. Steven was awesome!! The food he prepared for the bridal tea party I hosted was so flavorful and delicious!! My guests were so impressed by the spread. You could tell that he loves what he does by the way everything was prepared and presented. I will absolutely be calling him again for future parties.

Everything I could have hoped for and more! Steven prepared a delicious meal for our dinner party and his personality fit right into the night.
