I have a gifted palate, and thirst for creativity! Specialize in vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, special dietery needs and up on trends consisting of leading meats, grains, vegetables available to us.Have spent the past 10 years with a corporate dining service company in the private school division so I am totally aware of all food allergens, food sanitation and all food groups new and old. Every item I use is non-processed, organic, grain-fed, antibiotic/hormone-free whenever possible. Have my own full service commercial kitchen 7 days a week on Staten Island, NY. I most enjoy the instant gratification this type of craft offers. Also, I get to make, infuse, discover, design and most of all create!

I hired Steven to provide a special dinner to celebrate my husbands last class of his master's degree. Steven was easy to work with and extremely knowledgable. He helped me come up with the perfect, personalized menu. He was on time and the food was delicious. I would 100% recommend his work and use him again!

Steven, thank you for a wonderful dinner. I wanted to surprise my wife for a bday dinner. Steven took care of everything: suggested menu, cooked (everything from scratch), cleaned and even entertained us. Dinner was wonderful. A great experience and i would definitely hire steven again. Very professional overall and the best introduction to private chef / dinner party we could wish for. Thanks again steven.

I hired Steven for a private cooking session as a Christmas gift for my wife and I and the service he delivered was absolutely fantastic! He is hands down a master of his craft and is incredibly easy to work with. My wife and I enjoyed his company very much as he was preparing the meal for us in our home. We cannot recommend his service enough!!
