Recently bought a house which came with old Weil-McLain heater in need of desperate repair and a tune-up.
Have contacted many companies which tried to outsell me a new heater. That option was not in my budget, so I desperately started to look for a different solution, asking everybody around if they know an honest specialist that can come in and give me my options.
Sasha came highly recommended.
He stopped one day in the evening to take a general look, booked me for another day, came prepared, spent hours, had my heater up and running, flushed the entire system, assumed me that my heater even being over 25 years old will still run for many many years.
I had a zero issues this winter heating my home.
He charged a very reasonable amount, he took his time to explain me every single detail.
Overall I'm very impressed and I highly recommend him as a professional who knows what he's doing.

I can’t say enough good things about Alexander. My furnace decided to quit on what felt like the coldest day of the year, and with my family at home, I was really worried about how long we’d be without heat.
Alexander arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what had failed. He had the replacement part; installed and tested in no time, making sure everything was working properly before he left. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were obvious from start to finish.
Most importantly, he got our heat back on the same day and saved my family from spending the night freezing. It’s hard to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely care about their customers, but Alexander is definitely one of them. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service

Alex did a great job fixing our AC. He was on time, very profesional, and found the problem fast. The conditioner is working perfect now and cooling really good. Definetly recommend him for any HVAC repairs!

First I had a technician telling me that I need a new AC because the sealed system is clogged and can't be repaired. Alex found a kinked refrigerant line in the attic and replaced it on the next day. AC works perfect now. I'm gonna recommend him to all my friends.
