ZA Contracting were professional and respectful. Zain, the owner did a great job power washing my front stoop and front of my home. He also repaired the brick steps that were loose and he was able to fixed a few bricks that were caving in. I would recommended ZA Contracting. I plan to use them again in the future.

Zain and his crew are professional, patient and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly and kept me in the loop during the process. Installed my 4x96 ft pool safety fence. Packed all boxes and cleanup before they left.

The Thumbtack app says I can only choose three positive tags to describe Zain and his team, but if it were up to me I'd select every one. Zain is extremely professional to work with, and I was always impressed by how well he responded to unforeseen challenges, such as Con Edison unexpectedly taking over much of the block halfway through the job. I hired him to lay new concrete for the front of my house, build out a garden area, and fix a metal gate in extreme disrepair. He did all of that and left a clean worksite. His team is very personable to deal with. I don't think my house has looked this good in nearly a hundred years. Highly recommended.

What can I say regarding ZA Contracting.. I spoke with Zen on the phone and told him about my project. I wanted all my concrete and pavers power washed and re-sanded with Polymeric Sand. He stated he would come over the next day. Zen gave me a estimate for the job and I explained to him I am getting prices and will let him know. A few days later after meeting with several other contractors I decided to go with ZA Contracting. First, because Zen is very knowledgeable with all kinds of home projects. Second, he is also understanding regarding your needs and gives suggestions to make your project even better. He is also fair with his prices and the work him and his staff do are TOP SHELF. In addition, to my concrete and paver project I wanted him to install a shower door and vanity. Again, great job. Zen also took the time and came with me to HOME DEPOT because i bought the wrong faucet. If you are looking for someone that is fair, honest, reliable, and does OUTSTANDING WORK!!! PLEASE GIVE ZA CONTRACTING A CALL. ALSO, WANTED TO THANK HIS EMPLOYEES WHO ARE EXCELLENT....Thanks Vinny

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will setup an appointment to analyze the work area. After the walk through I will provide a solution along with the proposal. Once we are agreed, and proposal is signed. We can start working as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in construction field since 2016. I am still working as a supervisor at School Construction Authority projects. Significant Certifications: - 62 Hour Supervisor Site Safety Training - F-60 Fire Guard - 32 Hour Suspended Scaffold Supervisor - 32 Hours Supported Scaffold Supervisor - S-56 Construction Site Fire Safety Manager
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad owned a construction company before me. I used to work with him during the summer vacations. He was union laborer himself. I decided to open my company in 2023. I am working full time as a supervisor on School construction Projects.
