FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair and transparent pricing based on the scope of work. Some projects can be estimated remotely, while others require an on-site visit. On-site estimates may include a service fee depending on travel and time, which is credited toward the project if you move forward. All pricing is discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and professional. First, I discuss the project over the phone or through messages to understand the scope. If needed, I schedule an on-site visit to properly evaluate the work. After that, I provide a clear estimate outlining the scope, pricing, and timeline. Once approved, I schedule the work and complete it efficiently while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. My goal is to make everything smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience working under licensed electricians in both residential and commercial settings. During that time, I’ve gained practical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and code compliance. I also stay up to date with current standards and best practices to ensure all work is done safely and professionally.
