- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in simple, transparent pricing. We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees or high-pressure sales tactics. Pricing is based on the type of pest, severity of the infestation, property size, and treatment required. We offer free estimates for many services, competitive pricing, and discounted rates for recurring pest protection plans. Our goal is to provide effective, long-term solutions at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every service begins with a thorough inspection. We identify the pest, determine the source of the problem, and look for conditions that are contributing to the infestation, such as moisture issues, entry points, food sources, or structural concerns. We then explain our findings, answer any questions, and recommend a customized treatment and prevention plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly trained and committed to ongoing education. I hold 17 pest control licenses across New York and New Jersey and have completed extensive training in pest biology, integrated pest management (IPM), pesticide safety, wildlife control, and state and federal regulations. We stay current through continuing education courses, industry seminars, and manufacturer training to ensure we're using the latest products, techniques, and best practices.
