FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honestly, I don't like cheating customers and over charging for something that normally cost cheaper to do. I find it sometimes, to set prices because of bad experiences some customers had in the past with other people offering their services. I heard their nightmares and because of that, I decided to be much more better than my competitors. I decided, to be honest up front with my customers and letting them know the bad and good consequences in hiring someone. Meaning, Not keeping them in the dark.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not really. I learn by seeing and hand on experience thru mentors and friends
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to work at Staples in Staten Island, NY for 2 years. There I used to work in the furniture dept. There it was where I got the idea of offering my services to customers.
